Very friendly and helpful. We were given a very nice suite beacuse they said there had been a mix up on their booking system! Breakfast was very nice, only drawback, no croissants, muffins or Danishes!

Top Tip

Close to the underground and a bit noisy outside on Sat night but a good location.

We arrived at the hotel to find they had no rooms for us as they had over booked. To make matters worse the hotel were wishing to offer alternative hotel miles away from this hotel. Even though I complained having paid for the rooms in advance of arrival the hotel would not offers us rooms in the hotel. Eventually they agreed to put us up at the Swiss Hotel over the road from them for one night only. This good in that we had a room, bad we could not settle into our short stay in Berlin, moving back to the Lindner the following morning we were then told that out rooms would only be available until after 3.00pm that afternoon. Considering all they had put us through I would have thought a little effort to make our rooms available sooner would have been appreciated but no they did not. We were not the only people left without rooms there were other guests in recption with the same problem.
